Windows Media Center TV Pack 2008 - presented more recently company Microsoft, it is established on OEM licences since July, 17th, 2008 and it is far not on all sold computers. 1. Prepare a machine with clean install of Windows Vista Service Pack 1.
a. The machine will need to meet or exceed the minimum hardware requirements for Windows Vista.
2. The Windows Vista Service Pack 1 operating system must be Windows Vista Home Premium or Ultimate (x86)
3. Following operating system install, do not launch Windows Media Center or go through Windows Media Center Setup
4. Install Windows Media Center TV Pack 2008
a. Windows Media Center TV Pack 2008 (x86)
b. Install the PlayReady PC Runtime (x86)
5. Install the following patches
a. KB951685 - The video playback application stops responding when you watch video or Live TV on a Windows Vista-based computer
b. KB950754 - Noticeable problems occur in the video when you use the DirectSound renderer on Windows Vista
6. Install any required or recommended Windows Updates
7. Launch Windows Media Center and go through Windows Media Center Setup
All set forth above and concerning installation - is available in archive
Rather than doing a clean install, you can (I believe) do an in place upgrade to get the same result. During install, if you have already configured the SP1 media center, if gives you the option to install anyway with the risk of lost settings and undetectable TV tuners so try it at your own risk.
Note: This is the x86 version only.
Update: The build string for this is "6.1.1000.18273" which is the RTM build according to support.microsoft.com
Update 2: I installed the TV pack without doing anything to my (decidedly not clean) vista install without any problems, all I had to do was run through the setup for my (usb) TV Tuner again (though I did unplug it before running the setup)".

Edit section ::
The Edit section is the main part of the program. It contains a graphical engine used for logo editing and for applying effects, adding objects, shapes, text etc. In this section, the screen is divided on three parts: the sidebar which contains tabs with controls for applying effects (Effects sidebar) - its location is on the left side of the screen, the middle part consist of work area i.e. canvas (Graphical engine) and a sidebar on the right which contains a library of objects, shapes, text and images (Library sidebar).
Shape editor section ::
The Shape editor section of the program is intended for creating new shapes from scratch or editing already existing shapes. Shapes created in such manner can be used in the main program section (Logo editor) and edit them further on by using all available options and effects. The Shape editor section is a vector-drawing section and it consists of 3 main parts: on the left-hand side there is Shapes tools sidebar with tools for drawing lines, polygons, and editing of points, in the middle part there is Shape canvas whose purpose is to display shapes you are editing, and on the right-hand side there is Shape library sidebar which contains a list of shapes and by help of which you can choose the shape you want to edit, to create new or delete already existing shape.
Templates section ::
The Templates section contains over 500 professionally designed and fully modifiable logo templates categorized by industry and interest. The Templates section is used is used for choosing templates which you want to edit. The left side contains a listbox with templates categories while the right side contains a listbox with templates previews. Simply by clicking on one of the templates, the program will transfer you to the Edit section and it will open the template you have just selected for editing.
Online resources section ::
The Online resources section enables you to download new templates, fonts, objects, images and other useful things that can ease your work in building logos. Online resources section also contains list of known slogans and tag lines that can inspire you to build your own slogan. One part of this section can be used to inform you about some legal things such as patency and protection of logos etc. When you connect to the server, the work in this section is same as work in any Internet browser.

Tuning Car Studio is a premiere software package, allowing users to tune their cars with nothing more then the picture of their vehicle. By uploading a photo of the car to the program, users can instantly change the bodywork color or choose new aluminum rims. Most elements of the car's frame can be changed with the available tools in a second - add new stickers, type words or slogans, or add headlamp eyebrows... in a moment!

The program also gives you the ability to shade the head and rear lamps, and the windows. All the optical car tuning changes can be instantly viewed in the program. The new design can then be printed on paper. During their design work, users can listen to any music they wish, thanks to the inbuilt MP3 player. Using TUNING CAR STUDIO is easy and intuitive. All the tools are thoroughly described in the help file, implemented into the program.
